EPI worked with the Metis Settlements of Alberta for over 10 years to gather evidence for their efforts to assert Aboriginal Rights and meet the tests established by this landmark 2003 Supreme Court Decision. The work conducted resulted in an agreement between the Province of Alberta and the Metis Settlements.
