Kathleen is an associate at EcoPlan with experience in community engagement, social and health planning, climate adaptation planning, land use and development planning, and Indigenous community planning. She has provided research, engagement, and GIS support on a variety of projects with clients including First Nations, small and large municipalities, and regional districts. Kathleen has a Bachelors Degree in Political Science from the University of Victoria and a Masters in Community and Regional Planning from the University of British Columbia.
