DEANNA CUMMINGS

Deanna is a planning associate at EcoPlan with a background in natural resource management, community and regional planning, Indigenous Community Planning, public engagement and facilitation, and conflict management. She has supported a variety of projects for clients, including for First Nations throughout Canada, municipalities, and regional districts. Deanna has a Master’s Degree in Resource and Environmental Planning from Simon Fraser University and holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts Degree in Anthropology (with distinction) from Carleton University. Her research focused on investigating the impacts of the COVID-19 virus on remote Nuu-chah-nulth communities.
