Tsawwassen Golf & Country Club – Market Study

Date: 2006

A study of the highest and best use of the site is underway from both a land planning perspective as well as from a financial perspective.  These two analyses will be coordinated to provide specific recommendations for the subject parcel.  Scenarios under consideration include: 1.      Abandoning the existing golf layout, and developing a new 18 hole regulation layout around the existing clubhouse facilities, with 12 acres of residential development in the middle of the golf course. 2.      Renovating the existing routing to upgrade the conditions of the golf course and adding additional golf holes around the 55 acre parcel to the north.  These holes would be routed in an executive or par 3 layout.
