ANDREW PALMER

Andrew is a planning associate with a background in water and natural resources management, climate change adaptation and mitigation, nature-based solutions and low-impact development planning, Indigenous community planning, and environmental assessments. Andrew has supported and managed various projects for municipalities, First Nations communities, and provincial ministries across Canada. Andrew holds an Honours Bachelor of Environment Degree in Environment and Business from the University of Waterloo and is attending the Masters program in Resource and Environmental Planning at Simon Fraser University.  His research focuses on the equitable development and prioritization of watershed health indicators that intersect with climate change and Indigenous leadership under an integrated watershed management framework.
